FEE SCHEDULE

Below is a list of the fees for Bright Horizons Academy.  All fees are due and payable upon enrollment in Bright Horizons Academy and are due annually.

ENROLLMENT FEE:

  • $150.00 for the first child, due at the time of enrollment.  There are no prorated fees and fees paid are not refundable.
  • $ 75.00 for each additional child, due at the time of enrollment.

 

RE-ENROLLMENT FEE:

  • $125.00 for the first child.
  • $ 50.00 for each additional child.

 

LATE FEES:

  • Late fees are based on a 365 day year.  If you enroll on March 1, 2009, your enrollment would end on February 28, 2010.  Re-enrollment fees would be due by February 28, 2010.  If your re-enrollment is not paid in full by March 15, 2010, a late fee $10.00 per child, will be assessed.  If re-enrollment is not paid in full, including assessed late fees, by March 31, 2010, a letter of withdrawal will be mailed to the Board of Education in the county in which you reside.

 

ADDITIONAL ENROLLMENT:

  • Adding a child mid-year, will still require the original “additional child” enrollment fees.  Any family on a re-enrollment will be charged only the re-enrollment fee for that child.

SCHOOL RECORDS:

  • The records sent to Bright Horizons Academy are the property of the parent/guardian of the enrolled child(ren).  We keep these records on file and will mail them to the parent/guardian upon written request.  There is no additional fee for this service.

 

STUDENT I.D & TEACHER I.D.:

  • Student and/or teacher I.D. cards are available for a fee of $2.00 each. These ID cards are laminated and come with a lanyard.  The card may include a photo at the parent/guardians discretion.  This card is not a requirement, but is recommended for field trips and/or outings.

 

TRANSCRIPTS:

  • Graduation transcripts are free at the time of graduation.
  • Additional graduation transcripts are available for $5 per set.
  • Transfer transcript fees are $5.00 for the first set, $2.50 for each additional set.
  • Rush transcript fees carry a $20.00 rush fee.  A rush transcript is one needed without a 14 day written notice.
