Bright Horizons Academy offers many services for the home schooling family, such as:

5. Monthly Newsletter with current information of upcoming events, helpful hints, area science fairs, contests, camps and more, as available.
6. Access to the Bright Horizons Academy website with educational resources at www.brighthorizonsacademy.com.
7. Mulitiple Levels of diploma.
8. Official transcript for graduating seniors.
9. Official Diploma for graduating seniors.
10. Support of all teaching methods.

FEE CHANGES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. 

We do not ever like to increase our fees and have kept them lower and even lowered them since our beginning.  Unfortunately, due to the increasing costs of postage, supplies and other expenses, we must make a small increase. 

ENROLLMENT FEE:

• $150.00 per family (up to 3 children), per year.
• $50.00 per child, (after the 3rd child, per year)

For instance, if you have 5 children, your enrollment fee would be $150.00 + $50.00 + $50.00 = $250.00)

RE-ENROLLMENT FEE:

• SAME AS FIRST TIME ENROLLMENT FEE
  

LATE FEES:

• A fee of $25.00 will be charged in addition to the enrollment fee, if re-enrollment is more than 10 days late.
  

RETURN CHECK FEE:

• A return check fee of $35.00 will be attached to all checks returned by payers bank.
  

ADDITIONAL ENROLLMENT:

• If a family is enrolled with BHA and wishes to enroll an additional child mid-year, there is no additional enrollment fee, unless that family already has 3 children enrolled.

 SCHOOL RECORDS:

• The records sent to Bright Horizons Academy are the property of the parent/guardian of the enrolled child(ren).  We keep these records on file and will mail them to the parent/guardian upon written request.  There is no additional fee for this service.

STUDENT I.D & TEACHER I.D.:

• Student and Parent ID cards are not available at this time.
  

TRANSCRIPTS:

• Graduation transcripts are free at the time of graduation.
• Additional graduation transcripts are available for $5 per set.
• Transfer transcript fees are $5.00 for the first set, $2.50 for each additional set.
• Rush transcript fees carry a $20.00 rush fee.  A rush transcript is one needed without a 14 day written notice.
